Proof of return delivery from your local post office or carrier is required along with a receipt of delivery with a date stamp. 

   

All original items along with the original packaging should be returned in its original received state.    Should your item(s) be defective please notify us immediately via email for replacement instructions. 

  

 If there is an error on your document(s) as a result of our clerical error, your document(s) will be replaced and shipped to the original shipping address free of charge. 

   

If the error on your document(s) is a result of the information supplied by the applicant, a reprinting and shipping fee will apply.
